Another over priced phone bill motivated me to figure out my usage and the best plan. First I had to perform a full backup to get the PhoneCallDB.pdb file from my palm, then using the donationware Treo Call Log I was able to port the logs into Excel and do a little tweaking. Now all we need is a tool to do an analyse on the call log data from the Treo 650 to help you see where you’re using your minutes. Also nice would be some sort of integration into a PIM and importing of text messages (I’m sure there in one of those pdb files but they need a nice extraction tool).
