Ideas on how EM can be structured or organized better. Suggestions for Drupal modules, theme changes etc…
Planned Improvements (aka it’s on the list, it will get done)
- Add views module or something to show up at em.com/software
- Change the footer on blog & book pages (block with specific view settings?) use helptip
- stateless / autosave content in content body while edit (ie: GMail autosave) (autosave module)
Ideas for Improvements (aka how do we do this)
- dedicated button to “add software” in specific project view instead of “add child” (helptip? or hacking book mod?)
- Items which are tagged as “working document” get a specific head message, like warning symbols in Wikipedia (helptip)
- Filter: make info in brackets gray
- easy way to link to taxonomy terms inside article
- AJAX expandable sub points (some cck module?)
- First bullet would be visible, but bullets underneath are hidden from view, or maybe a separate tag. This would allow for further explanation of items without cluttering the view.
- Have author comments differentiated, sample code
